FOR DELIVERY ONLY IN GREATER VANCOUVER: Please note we use local courier company called TR Courier to handle all deliveries in Greater Vancouver. To get live updates, please call TR Courier directly at 778-251-5771. The delivery time window is 12pm-6pm, however the delivery time is not guaranteed as it is within our control. We do not accept any delivery time requests and we do not hold accountability for delivery delays. Once the item is picked up, you will be responsible to follow up directly with our third-party delivery handler. Any issues with delivery must be dealt with directly with them. No refunds are allowed due to delivery issues or delays. If the delivery is unsuccessful, you would be responsible for payment for another delivery attempt or you could choose to pick up the item at our closest store instead.
If you must receive items by a certain time, we suggest that you pick up the item, arrange your own delivery, or order Uber Connect to deliver the item directly to you.
We have the right to request for an additional shipping fees if the charge becomes larger than usual.
For specific delivery instructions or modified hour requests, additional rush delivery charges may apply and it by case-by-case. We submit the exact delivery information as what we received from you to the delivery company. We will not be responsible if the attempt of delivery is due to insufficient information provided to us.
If the attempt of the delivery is unsuccessful, for various reasons such as the location is closed, the recipient not picking up their buzzer, incorrect address, or no concierge available to accept, another charge for the second attempt of delivery applies.
